Refund Policy

Hey all, 

 

I made a purchase earlier this year, but have not received it yet. I made this purchase using PayPal on a guest account; thus, it does not show on my current PayPal account. How would I go about requesting a refund or reporting the problem? 

 

When trying to open a dispute, it searches my past purchase (none of which is the transaction that I need to dispute). 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
