On August 14th, I filed a claim against Rhinestone Candy Accessories for an order placed on June 17th and never filled. I was advised that the claim was ruled in my favor and a full refund would be issued to my bank account. PayPal shows that on August 24th a payment reversal was reported but the money has NEVER been put back in my account. I've even had my banker check behind me, it's not there! And now, I cant get anyone from PayPal to respond to my questions and messages. Can anyone please offer help as to how to get someone from PayPal on the phone?!?!?!?!?!
