I bought Minecraft: Java Edition from Mojang by mistake and canceled the order. Mojang accepted the cancellation and already say the refund has been processed from their side no what is left is on PayPal's side. This happened on September 8th, 2020 and I am not able to raise a dispute - PayPal keeps shutting it down saying it is not eligible for Buyer Protection. I contacted the Bank and they say they see nothing.
I would like to know where the money is and what to do next
