My Case requesting refund has been closed due to lack of response despite my account showing an email trail within the time period advised. Unable to submit complaint to PayPal via system as it crashes each time

I'm sorry to hear that the dispute was closed. Did you respond via the dispute case in the Resolution Center? In situations where an action is requested in the Resolution Center within a certain time frame and the action is not taken before the deadline, a case would be closed. If you emailed rather than taking an action, that would not prevent the case closure. If you were emailing information at the request of a representative, however, please contact customer service to request that the email you sent be reviewed in an appeal of the decision.
