I sold a product digitally and the buyer is trying to put a claim that they never received the item. I took 3 screenshots that prove he received the item and one of the pictures claiming that he has been banned for scamming people. In his dispute he claims that i deleted my profile so he can no longer message me. I have more screenshots proving that was also false. Is there a way i can still lose the dispute with pictures showing he is trying to scam me?
