I brought off Ebay and the seller is to dumb to understand that I haven't got the item so I put in a refund request
Then PayPal stepped in and they are also dumb useless dooshes and sided with the seller
The seller is in NSW Australia, they got a friend from china to post the item and have it registered to track, but everyone
clearly has a tiny brain and it's all beyond their tiny brain capacity to think, so the friend posted the item back to NSW Australia and I live in Victoria
So I don't have the item, and I'm out of over $100 AUD 3 months and still going
Can I get the case re-looked at?

I have the info from Australia post to prove that it was re posted back to them in NSW NOT Victoria when I live
