Refund Declined

I sent money to a seller on facebook for wool. Didn't send as friends and family. She admitted she never posted and I opened a case on here for a refund which she accepted. PayPal said refund was pending and should clear around 15th September. Just checked and seen it was declined on the 13th. I had no idea this could happen. Always thought I was protected using PayPal. Any ideas what to do next as I can't afford to lose £50

It appears the seller doesn't have the funds in their PayPal account or their bank account to pay for the refund.

You probably won't be able to file another dispute or reopen dispute because a refund was issued even though it failed.

There are other alternatives/recourses to get your money back, such as disputing with your card issuer if you paid by credit card.

See section 13.2 of 13. PayPal Buyer Protection
