Refund Deadline

Hi,

Regarding my claim I received a message from paypal that the seller will refund after I send the package and provide tracking information by April 9. The problem is that I am currently in my home country (Greece) for Easter holiday without having the items with me and I will return back to the UK on April 10 late in the afternoon. I can provide flight booking details for evidence but I don't know how to contact paypal to explain the situation and ask them to extend this deadline up to April 12. I send an email to customer service but I received an automatic responce. Can you please advise a way to contact them so as to receive a response?

unlikely they will extend it as it is all automated.
