Recieved an item I did not purchase and requested a refund but PayPal favored the seller

I bought a product online the other day a website for drills and other utilities , i had purchased a set of drills but instead received a pair of fake ray bands from China post which I have no understanding of that was the package that was meant for me or if I was scammed and had nothing of so what set of drills being delivered to my address

Did you file the right dispute? You're supposed to file a Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) claim, NOT Item Not Received (INR).

Please contact customer service for assistance to change your claim if it was incorrect:

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
