Recently a Client of mine filed for a dispute, unfortunately paypal makes it in favor with him even though I provided enough data that he received our services and products. My concern is , why is my account being in negative while I didnt even withdraw the specific balance on a specific currency,. Does that mean I am charge with the service FEE if I lose the dispute? Please enlightened me
Thanks for your help
