Receiving threats from seller - Unable to speak to PayPal representative

I have a transaction that is in resolution. I have sent back the items and am awaiting to be issued a refund. I have just received messages from the seller which can be construed as threats. I have sent a message via the message center. I would like to formally notify PayPal and speak to a representative and send them the messages as I believe this may be a ploy by the seller to get out of the refund. Please HELP.
