Several times now, I have received cheap junk from China so they can supply PayPal with a tracking number and deny my case for a refund. I know I'm not the only one. How can I have PayPal reopen the case?
Spent $149.99 on a Nest Thermostat via PayPal...A total shell game! Two days before PayPal closed my dispute as "denied", the Chinese vendor shipped a cheap IPhone11 case instead of what I ordered. United States Postal Service/China Post/PayPal shipper erroneously shows item to be a Nest Thermostat - Nest Thermostat could not have fit into the small envelope sent by vendor. The Chinese vendor indisputably made off with $149.99 of mine complements of PayPal
