Received email that i sent payment and my account was closed

From  another paypal account received email that i sent payment to some unknown to me person and then received another email that my account was closed.

I never sent any payment to this person who I dont know and did not ask to close the paypal account.

What to do now? I dont have active account since paypal closed the account and I can not berecognized in their system and also I cant call them and ask for help.

It seems this person broke into my account and sent money to himself. After that he asked to close my account.

What to do?
