I understand why receiving an item after it was reported as fraudulent would be confusing. If the case is already closed, there would be no further action that PayPal would make you do with this dispute. If you'd like to return it, you should be able to give it back to the post office and write "Return to Sender" on the package. I'm sure the seller would appreciate it.
