Received an item not as described and want to add this info to my open case

I have a case open for not receiving an item, however I just received an item but it is far from what was described by the seller. It is clearly not an original and is made of plastic parts. I can't seem to find where to go or what to do to escalate my open case. I want to add pictures and explain this to PayPal before my case expires and have to start all over again.

Hi. 

 

You can reply to the dispute you filed. Just go to Resolution Center and to the case you filed so you can reply. If you find difficulties in doing so,  you can call PayPal customer service already.
