Received today request from a man I bought a coin from waited over a month for the coin due to covid 19 emailed him and he said request a refund from PayPal which I did.
I filed the complaint with PayPal and he wants $20.00 compensation for his time spent on emails and he sent a PayPal invoice under the guise of the name of the coin "Star Trek". What do I do now?
