I am new user and not seller. I just receive money from my relative ( he used business account). He already comfirm but I still can not withdraw money. Actually, there1 is no trading happened, but Paypal still ask me provide receipt.

From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Do you still need assistance with a limitation on your PayPal account? If you do, can you please tell me what was the last email update you received regarding the limitation?
