My account has been limited and paypal wants receipts from my suppliers, but I don't even sell anything so I'm not sure why they even want this! What do I do? Write a letter saying I don't sell things and therefore don't have receipts? This seems really weird.
Limited? I can neither send nor receive money for this same issue. I'd call that a suspension, and it costs me the ability to purchase most of my business supplies. Pulling my hair out.
