How do I rebutt a case that was denied? I filed a dispute and was ultimately denied. I have been unsuccessful during this COVID period in trying to contact someone at PayPal to discuss it and change teh reson from "No receipt" to wrong item received. HELP, please, I'm very frustrated.
Go to message center ("contact us" at bottom of page, then "message center") start a chat, enter "need more help" when prompted and wait for live agent to respond (could be hours, you will be notified by email when someone responds) then explain the situation. This is not like real time conversation, more like email, but at least the other side is a real person vs a machine.
