Really bad resolution centre response and bad customer service.
Paypal used to be really good but of late it the worse service in the market.
I had a dispute where I had purchased a electrical product instead the cheat seller send me a manual device that only cost a few $. I submitted my dispute and a photo of the product I received on 3rd Jul 2020 since then my resolution date has been extended 8 times and now its change again to 28th Aug.
I have contacted customer service via phone but I get a message that they are too busy and it disconnects the line. I have email and message them but get the same copy and paste answer still investigating, when I asked why has this been extended 8 times I just get the default copy and paste answer still investigating.
I am NEVER going to use paypal anymore and will let all my friend and family to do so. Has anyone else had issues with paypal too?
