Back before I turned 18, I tried to verify my account using my social security number. Following that, my account was limited because I was not 18 at the time. Turning 20 in a few months, and my account is still limited. I tried sending a few emails over a year ago but I never got response. I also cannot close my account because of this. I also cannot use my own debit card to make another account, as said in the account limitation that was put on me.
You would never be able to use again an illegally made underage account or any financial information linked to that account as it was permanently limited.
But if they say you can open a new account now you are over 18 then go for it but you won't be able to use that card.
