I didn't ask to send through friends and family, as item was sold via Facebook and payment made through PayPal as I said do it as she wanted to do it by bank transfer. She won't send the item back until I have refunded which surely she can't do as then she might not return item. Which means I've lost out on money and item if that makes sense x
