Re open case

Ive opened a case to chrageback money.

the other user didnt answer

the case still got closed for no reason

trying to repoen it and i get this msg:

x1 dispute per transaction.

Was it a chargeback or unauthorised transaction?

You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction but if you opened unauthorised by mistake then you could try phoning c.s. and see if they will allow you to open a dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described?

That is unless you used the friends / family option to pay?

paypal always has to verify every transaction

OK then if it was a chargeback that means you didn't open a paypal dispute but went straight to your card issuer and filed a chargeback?

If so then you would have to ask your card issuer why they closed it.
