Hi all made a sale on eBay Sent parcel recorded delivery on 10/12/18. Buyer messed me stating they havnt recived the iteam so I refunded them back around the 17/12/18 . Checked the tracking number today 21/12/18 and the parcel was signed for on the 20/12/18 no contact from the buyer regarding my payment back. Is there anyway I can claim back or have I lost out on my iteam plus money. I have contacted ebay who have said I must send buyer a invoice through PayPal which I have done but no response

You really shouldn't refund a buyer until you have given the item plenty of time to arrive.
Advice is voluntary.
