Scam Company: Yinglian Trading Co., Ltd.

I am also a victim of this scam company.  I opened a dispute with PayPal, then was contacted by the company with proof the Birkentocks were on the way. So I closed the dispute. 

What I received a week later are a pair of fake Birkenstocks!!! Everything is fake, from the so-called suede to the cork heels. I feel certain the chemical smell from the shoes is toxic. 

PayPal will not allow me to open a dispute for items significantly different than what I ordered. This is the only problem I've ever had with PayPal, and I'm so disappointed that they would deal with such a disreputable company.

NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund or the correct item.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
