Re Orderplus International, Is it possible to re open case after missing return post date?

Hi All has anyone been able to re open a case after missing the return item date give by a seller OrderPlus International

You can contact customer service about reopening but no guarantees as not responding in a timely manner is part of maintaining buyer protection:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Hi, thanks for response & advice! I have been in correspondence with paypal on a daily basis & trying to return to the offer of a partial refund as I was afraid of also losing the return postage on top of the lost purchase money! The fact that there are pages full of complaints re OrderPlus International I find it unacceptable that PayPal allow this company to continue to make their living via PayPal while selling items they don't have or intend to provide!
