Hi ive been waited for 180 days to get my money back to me since i put prepaid card on my paypal account how can i withdraw this money thank you for answering. Godbless

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
