you're same as me,when transaction is pretty much friends and family,it's a pain in the **bleep**. I lost my 20$ because someone logged onto my account and took it,opened a dispute and they closed with a reason:No unauthorized access,told me to contact my bank which i guess they can't help much i guess. I also lost my 30$ to a scammer,paypal can't help me too,still the same thing. Honestly i'm disappointed with the way Paypal work,it's 1 star.
