You have denied my claims that Transaction ID:8AG120449M078144A was unauthorised. I still say that it was unauthorised, but I would like to know how it came about, so that it doesn't happen again.
The first thing I knew about it was an email from Uber asking me to confirm my email, I did not do this. I then had an email from them saying they had sent alcohol to an address I did not know. This was followed by details of my payment from PayPal. I then received a hint from yourselves to look at my prepayments. I had, apparently, set up prepayment s to Wish, and Facebook, there was two others I knew about.. I know that my Facebook account has been hacked into before and I am thinking that this might have happened again, in which case I need to change my Facebook password. I have cancelled both pre payments.
