Re-Appeal against PayPal decision on case

Hi, I would like to ask if there is any chance I can reappeal against PayPal decision. They have closed my case not in my favor. I suppose to receive pair of sun loungers but instead I got a ring. Unfortunately in my case instead of putting item not as described I said item not received. Can I do anything about it? Many thanks

Appeal and see if they will open a second for you.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
