I have been given the run around on an account limitation for a month now. When I go to the resolution center it stops me right there and I cannot progress. After multiple attempts on messaging, I keep getting the same message that doesn't work.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
