Hello everyone! I have a problem with rakuten cashback to paypal.Their help center said that they can't send my funds via my email. "PayPal is not allowing us to send funds to this address". Why is this happening?I have an PayPal acc and connected card with successfull payments.Also my bank said that they don't provide any restrictions to any transactions for my cards.So the problem is in PayPal service. What should I do now?Thx in advance for any help!
