Raising a payment dispute past the normal timescale

I brought a bare root tree end of last year which has never grown a single leaf as its completely dead from root. I have rang the company more than 20 times and also emailed but have had no response. Can provide any evidence to back my dispute but PayPal have auto closed my case as its a payment for last year. Is there anything else i can do? Thanks in advance.

@Sha86zad,

In order for a transaction to be eligible for PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy, the payment would've needed to be sent within a 180 days from the date the dispute was filed.  If it was originally sent over 180 days prior, PayPal wouldn't be able to take any further action against the merchant.
