Hi,
I've searched and also tried contacting PayPayl but not getting any responses due to CV-19 situation so hoping someone in the community can help. I bought an item from a website that used PayPal checkout, I used the email I use with PayPal, but checked out using my credit card. I can't see the transaction in my PayPal account, so just want confirmation of how to raise the dispute. My credit card company state it should be with PayPal as the transaction is prefixed with PayPal, but I can't find anyway of doing it on PayPal as the transaction doesn't show.
Has anyone else experienced this and can they point me in the right direction?
Many thanks
Ross

The only way to open a dispute through PayPal when guest checkout was used is to contact PayPal customer service and providing the receipt ID number off the PayPal email receipt.
Response is going to take longer due to Covid-19.

Thanks for helping. I'll contact support then- hopefully it won't take too long - and won't checkout that way again!
