How do I get my money back from Paypal . They advised me to sent my purchase back. Then the seller refused my refund . Now they have my purchase and my money. What recource do I have now. Can i sue them  ???

Did you open a dispute?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did you win the dispute?

Did paypal tell you to return the item?

Did you return it trackable?

Did you give paypal the tracking number?

Does tracking show the item as delivered back to the seller?

Did the seller refuse the item?

Some actual facts would help if you want advice.
