I had a dispute with seller and I returned the item as asked by Payapal. Paypal tool more then 30 days to resolve the complaint.
During the period when claim was open, I was unable to raise shipping cost refund request as paypal said it must be done after dispute is resolved.
But now paypal is rejecting my shipping cost refund as it is after 30 days of post. What should I do?
