Yep everything is delayed at the moment as they are inundated with claims from buyers that bought tat from China web sites or Social Media ads.

All you can do is wait it out.

As long as the claim is open you have a chance of a refund.

But how long should a normal CLAIM take? Mine has taken over 2 months now and the date has been changed once again!
