REFUND

Hi, i bought a phone from someone and payed in advance but i never received my product, i opened a dispute and asked for a full refund, after several days paypal automatically closed the case and i didn't got my refund. anyone know how can i get my refund?

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item OR another dispute?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim before it timed out at 20 days?
