my trust in paypal is low.. very low -and cost me money and a lesson
first they do a payment unauthorized by me, to some one where i never had contact with -even a bill or transaction
but paypal paid 1089€ in my name, and because this was more then my balance on paypal, paypal toke the money of my visa card
also without permission .. after seeing my visa overview, i noticed that i paid 1089€ on my visa account
i make a complaint, and yes- paypal replied fast and correct with the result they will refund the money..
but than, it's never refunded on my balance...
i've paid throw visa already the amount, witch result in 0 on my paypal account - and now it's only 44€ after the refund of +1089€
where is the money gone?

be careful .. paypal can just do payments without your permission, and automatic take the money of your bank account..
unless you gave permission -these actions are illegal
located in belgium, the federal police of internet fraud is informed of this case, and advice to cancel all links to bank accounts
because the fair amount of money the complaint is take serious.
