REFUND TRANSACTION FAILED FROM SELLER

Hi All,

 

I raised a dispute through the resolution center after I received goods that weren't described

 

a refund was authorised from the seller and the case was closed - I've just had an email to say the refund has been cancelled and now I'm stuck with no goods or funds

 

I can't raise a new dispute either on the original transaction as it says it was completed and a refund was issued

 

what's the best way of going around this? I've tried contacting paypal customer services to speak with someone and it's just an automated call
