I've had an issue with someone who requested a refund on "goods" that never existed. It was a simple P2P transaction and the guy used the refund button (which he admitted was "on accident" to get his money back that was owed to me, which consequently put my account in the negative. I provided evidence: a screenshot of said person actually admitting to hitting refund button on "accident." However, to my surprise, Paypal sided with the "buyer." I'm kind of lost now... I need that money to survive
