REFUND FROM LAST YEAR

MADE A PURCHASE LAST YEAR AND NOW THIS PERSON HAS BLOCKED ME AND IS REFUSING TO SEND I TEM OR GIVE ME A REFUND

 

I have tried to contact this person via instagram on numerous occasions and now i have been blocked from all communication. 

He has a personal account and a business account that both have blocked me.
This person has scammed me out of more money (additional £300) that i sent to him via bank transfer ontop of this amount that i sent aswell. I was asked to be patient and my item would be made and sent over but nothing has happened. This is totally unacceptable it has been over a year and no efforts have been made to resolve this issue.

PayPal allows up to 180 days to open a dispute, if you're past that mark, not sure what you can do.
