i really need help with my account my birthday was yesterday the 3rd of april and i need help fixing all this stuff i did to my account i was stupid and reckless and not paying attention to exactly what i was doing i really need help i put my card on yesterday and my acc was already limited or it was going to be i cant make purchases when i need to im really upset from not being able to purchase stuff with my cards and i really need help with all this stuff in the Title of the message please help if you can thank you.

To downgrade, customer service has to do it but with the corona virus and reduced staff, getting in contact with customer service will take patience as response times are longer than usual:

 

To contact customer service:

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
