Hello, I sent RBOX TV a cancellation on 12/11/2019. They still billed me again in January. I contacted them again and they responded in text that they cancelled there service also and that I need to contact paypal.
My receipt number is XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX23 The transaction will appear on your statement as PayPal * PAYPAL *NEWCABLEUSA. I want this cancelled and I do not want them billing me again...
Anyway I can get this cancelled?
Go to your automatic payment page, its where you cancel all billing agreements/subs:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
Will have to contact the company to get a refund of that billed payment as canceling it from the above won't.
Same thing happened to me. I canceled an automatic payment three days ago but payment went through today. I contacted the merchant and filed a dispute claim. Earlier today the company refunded my money. I have an email stating that I canceled three days ago, too
