I recently purchased VIP on a Garry's Mod Server I play on without reading the ToS on there website. But I decided to read it today and there is some questionable stuff in it, I will leave a link along with the questionable statement made inside the ToS.

By buying anything on our website you agree that you will not chargeback or attempt to refund any of your transactions through PayPal. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from our servers and your name, email, address, IP address, and phone number being added to a post on our website to make other communities aware of your actions in order to prevent further harm to other Garry's Mod communities.
It sounds like if i were to attempt a chargeback I would get doxed by said person
