Question regarding: Your account access is temporarily limited

Hi Guys,
When I log into my paypal account I get the following warning/message: your account access is temporarily limited. I have done all verifications, and these seem to be ok, but I still cannot do any payments?
Does anyone have a clue how to approach and solve this issue? Have contacted paypal support, but it seems they do not respond 😞
