My ebay buyer paid $109.05 for USPS shipping, as provided when I listed my item. I changed the shipping to FedEx at an actual cost to me of $50.83. His amount paid also included 8.5% sales tax on the shipping for a total of $118.32. The buyer also asked me to include one additional item in the package for $10 and I want to charge $10 for packaging material. Please give me the calculation for the total amount to refund on the PayPal "Issue Refund" page. Do I need to consider the refund of the tax or will that be automatic? Thank you.
