To lift the limitation on my PayPal account, it’s asking to confirm my card/provide credit card statement. The reason it’s limited is because there was unauthorized use of the card and had reported the transactions, so now it’s asking to confirm card/card statement- The problem is though, I had gotten a new card number and I don’t have the previous card it’s asking for. So my question is, can I still provide a card statement even though the card number has been changed? Because I know confirming the original card won’t work since the numbers been changed. What do I do now? What will work? Help!!!
