I am unsure what to do. I sold an item on eBay and checked my PayPal. The payment is pending and the buyer opened a dispute instantly with the reason 'unauthorised transaction'.
The buyer is now contacting me where the item is?!
How would I be able to cancel this and refund without me losing any money? It is quite expensive.

If your buyer has opened a dispute, you may refund the customer from the dispute directly. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.
