I have sold an Apple Watch from Ebay but missed to explain that the body of the watch had 2 minimal scratches. I didnt even know they existed and maybe the buyer did it to the watch himself, I have no clue. I explained that the device had scratches on the display and that it was used. The Buyer requested 50 Euros back for the two scratches and I said that wouldnt work. I wrote that I accepted no returns or guarantee but I would also be fine with a return with full refund. I just dont want to work too much about it and want this to be settled at once. The Buyer opened a "SNAD" dispute against me. I wanted to know if two minimal scratches that I missed would lead to a return, would he win the dispute? He doesnt seem to be answering for the last 2 days. What happens if he doesnt write anything back or doesnt escalate the issue to Paypal? Would the Dispute be closed?
